Good Transport and Nice Room

The hotel's closeness to both the bus and tram stops made it simple to reach the town center. Breakfast was included and brought to the room, it was a lovely surprise. I found the staff to be both helpful and friendly. This was important for both me and my kids.
The shower was quite basic with limited power but enough heat. Still, it served its purpose adequately.

the staff were friendly. kim showed us to our room. the bed was comfortable. i slept well. i was able to let myself in and out. i did not feel trapped by a curfew. facilities in the room were as expected for the price. it was simple and easy. it was just what i needed. the location is close to a tram stop. it is great for walking. food was excellent. the staff were utterly wonderful. i would stay here again any time. there is comfy pub and good parking. there was a good but basic continental breakfast. the hotel is very cute and offered a nice pint.

the breakfast was disappointing it was just a continental selection left outside the room i expected a cooked breakfast considering the price i paid and the fact the pub serves food also one staff member was quite rude and not cute , made me uncomfortable
